GREAT NEWS FOR PEORIA!

The Peoria Housing Authority has been awarded $1.1 MILLION in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)!

The funding was awarded through HUD’s FY 2025 Capital Improvements for At Risk, Receivership, Substandard, and Troubled Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) Program.

This additional investment will help PHA address critical capital needs, improve living conditions, and continue strengthening the quality and sustainability of the homes we provide.

Every dollar invested in our properties is ultimately an investment in people, families, and the future of our community.

We appreciate HUD’s continued partnership and support as the Peoria Housing Authority works to improve its housing portfolio and better serve Peoria families.

People First. Housing Always.
